Equal parts calm, chaos coordinator, and emotional detective, I’m here for the meltdowns, the breakthroughs, and everything in between.

I believe therapy shouldn’t feel scary or forced… it should feel safe, real, and maybe even a little bit fun (yes, even when we’re talking about the hard stuff).

I am also highly skilled in:
• Sitting on tiny chairs
• Translating toddler all the way through to teen logic
• Finding the feeling behind the “NO!”
• And reminding parents they’re actually doing better than they think

What stands out the most, isn’t just her business success, but the way she is clearly becoming more comfortable in her own skin, never letting any 'labels' stop her. That kind of growth doesn’t happen overnight, it takes courage, resilience, and a deep commitment to self.

To other mums, especially neurodivergent mums, this is your reminder:
You don’t have to fit the mould to succeed.
You don’t have to do things the “typical” way to thrive.
And you are allowed to take up space exactly as you are.

While school is on a break, those big feelings don’t clock off.

If your child or teen is needing a bit of extra support, whether it’s emotional regulation, friendships, or just having someone neutral to talk to, counselling is still available over the holidays.

Sometimes the quieter, slower pace (between the “I’m boreds”) is actually the perfect time to check in and build some helpful skills.

With fuel costs doing their absolute best to ruin everyone’s week, I’m officially embracing my “work smarter, not harder (or poorer)” era 😅

That means counselling sessions can now easily shift online whenever needed, same support, same connection, just without the petrol-induced stress and the “do I really need to sell a kidney to fill the tank?” moments.

For my current clients, this is always an option if getting to sessions starts feeling like a financial workout. And for anyone new, online sessions are a flexible, comfortable way to access support from your own space (trackies highly encouraged).

Because looking after your mental health shouldn’t depend on the price of fuel 🙃
